Company levied extra toll charges which they are not reverting. Driver asked me to pay toll charges. I confirmed with him but he mentioned as per policy I need to pay and in middle of highway I couldn’t argue with him. But when I saw invoice later I got to know that it is there in invoice as well. Now company is saying that I shouldn’t have paid it and now they can’t revert it. Company is not ready to enquire with the driver. They should’ve educated their drivers. This is the case of fraud. This has happened many times. I always get the invoice higher than the fare I saw at the time of booking. Please look into it. Was this information helpful? |
