I booked an uber rental for 4hours. The driver was so unprofessional. He does not no how to read maps. He was so rude. He left us in the middle of the road at 12AM. after that we called uber customer care they said that they are booking another ride for us but after that 3drivers keep cancelling the rides and we stood there in the middle of the road for almost 1hour. Then take a local taxi. That is not the end the driver threatens me that he will lodge an FIR. Because I refuse to pay to him in hand. I refuse to pay him because I already had a chat with Uber. This is a worst experience. Please look into the matter.
