Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This us to inform you i booked uber ride on 03 feb. 2017 morning 07:00 am but after confirm, driver (Mr. Prem Singh [protected]) directly rejected the ride without information and his behavior was not so good. I want you to take necessary action against that driver for make your service's better and also provide me any contact number o[censored]daipur office, and revert me back as soon us possiblewhat action didi you take.
