Uber India — complaint against uber service

I booked a ride from metro station sector21 dwarka to kadian education institute d - block.
Then when i called the driver to ask where he was he asked me where i have to go as soon as i said that i have to go to palam vihar first he didn't say anything. Then the driver cancelled the ride and then when we again tried to book the ride then it showed that first we have to pay ₹42 then only we can book our rides further. This is a request that please refund those ₹42 as the driver had cancelled the ride. It was booked from the no. [protected] by the name aradhana parmar.

Could not contact customer services for food related order in uber eat.
If restaurant cancelled the order they wont pay anything as compensation for customer but if customer cancelled order due to payment issue in app, uber eat charges full amount of ordered payment as compensation.
