I booked an uber in kolkata from bhagajatin to salt lake on 31 may 2017. The estimated fare showed by the app was 189 but the driver charged 307. The driver showed us the distance to be 21km but actually it is merely 12 to 13 km. Please do take necessary action and refund the balance amount as soon as possible. My name is salini.
