Hi team,
Yesterday date 21st october, 2017, i booked one cab with uber.
After waiting for 10 mins for the cab, though waiting time was about 2 min
I called cab drivers. I asked him to reach my location but he denied and asked us to come on main road by saying that his cab can not go in reverse direction.
And the way of talking was very bad. When i asked him that i will raise a complaint with uber. His answer was like do what ever you want to do
He did not cancelled the drip and after some time i got a message that 36 rs is deducted from my account.
First i want my refund and take appropriate action him.
If your team doesn't take action i will post this on social media.
Because he wasted our 30 mins and that too when i was in hurry.
