I had to attend an interview which was scheduled at 11. I booked a cab at 10. It seemed that he was stuck somewhere and we tried calling him several times but received a busy tone each time. I request all the uber drivers not speak on phone while they are on their way to pick up customers.
On another day, the driver was not aware of the booking and was aware of it only once i called him. He didn't follow the gps to get to my location. I couldn't wait for long and had to cancel. I am requesting a refund. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
