Uber India — consumer exploitation

Hello, I stays in sector 107 Gurugram and I travel daily from Dwarka metro station. We have to depend upon UBER to commute. But UBER started taking advantage of our situation. Earlier UBER used to provide POOL service in our locality but from last month they remove POOL option from phone application. Earlier which we use to pay to reach home was Rs 100 and now we have to pay Rs 250 for UBER GO cab which is completely unfair to all middle class family. UBER is taking undue advantages of our situation.

On 24/01/2019 i booked uber for ride from sealdaha station that time app show fare charges rs 155 but at finished ride charges show rs 211.13 include parking charge which not show on booking time.
Driver take extra charges rs 59 in cash that time and said uber has not parking place at sealdaha station so must be pay
