Uber India — credit balance not visible

Respected sir/madam
I utsav singh have uber account registered with [protected] mobile no. I would like to inform you that i have changed my smartphone in which i logged in with my above mentioned no. But i am unable to see my earlier credit balance of around 273.20inr and also unable to see any of my previous rides so it's my humble request to you please solve this issue as soon as possible so that i can start booking ride with uber using my credit balance please look up this issue
