Every time when i send a mail to uber support team with some concerns or queries, the response that i get from the executives are factually shocking.
1-it seems that the customer care executives are copy pasting from some already saved/available drafts in spite of responding to the core issue that the customer has raised.
2-they are able to respond quickly (5-10 minutes) at times however, in majority of the cases they do not address the core issue.
3-i am regular user o[censored]ber service for more than 2 years now in kolkata however, i do not see any customer connect as and when a customer demands for the same.

My downloading had happened a few years ago, so I do not remember my login i/d, nor password.
When I log in with a new login i/d & password, I get reply stating mobile number is already in use /or it is not yours !!
Today, I wish to log in fresh with a new password, keeping my mobile number same.
Pl HELP or advise how do I go about.
