Uber India — Customer care service!

I boarded a cab today - ka04aa7029 - uber xl!! From kaggadaspura to manyata tech park. The trip started smooth; however, just before reaching manyata, the driver's mobile stopped working due to no charge, and his mobile was not getting charged despite trying various cords/cables to charge. I waited for 10 mins in the cab, and then requested the driver to call customer care. The customer care representative he spoke to - could not make out if it was the driver or the customer speaking despite the driver telling him multiple times that it was the driver who was speaking. The customer care person spoke in hindi. The driver gave him all the numbers/details that he could know but the customer care person (Male) was of no help. By this time i had waited for approximately 25 mins in the cab. I took the phone from the driver and spoke to the customer care and told him that i need the bill amount.. Well.. I was surprised with the etiquettes that this customer care person had.. He thought am the driver!!! Your customer person should know how to resolve issue and how to be client oriented and be helpful to the clients. He refused to help me with any details and kept insisting that he wont let me know the bill amount. Is this how you treat your clients. You are willing to take surge prices from the customer but no basic courtesy on how to behave with them!! You should educate your customer care on how to treat people.. These are basic skills that anyone would have before they start working for any company!! Just adding up in your company as your customer care representative is not going to help you!

Today has been the worst experience i ever had with anyone so far in my 20 years of experience. Disgusting!
