On july 14, i have placed an on uber eats app. The payment processing showed that it failed... But in fact the money was deducted from my account. App also showed as failed status so that i placed another order#66d3a with in 5-10 mins of interval. The new order get delivered as well. But for the failed order still they didn't refunded. I raised the complained for the same but they started telling false info e. G. The delivery person not able to contact you.
How they manage to delivered the order#66d3a but not order#a0b0f, which one get failed. There was 5-10 minutes gap only.
I wanted to be refund my amount of 759 rupees.
