Uber India — delay in picking up and heavy deduction from my paytm account

I requested a shared ride on 15.10.17 in chennai and vehicle assigned to me was tn22ch7715.

The driver started my ride without picking me... After that i tried to contact him on his number. [protected], he picked the phone only once but didn't come to pick me.

He kept disconnecting my phone later on.

Now... After 30 minutes, he picked my phone and when i threatened him that i would report to police, then he agreed to pick me up.

Due to this, there was unnecessary delay of 1 hour and i may come across a huge loss.

There was no emergency uber number on the uber app. I am going to report this to government authorities.

I reached my destination 1.5 hours late... Even rs 226 were deducted whereas the shared ride price was rs 69.

In case uber fails to provide me compensation, i would lodge a complaint and case against the company.
