My booking was confirmed and driver Subramani ( Tata Indica : KA088490 ) was supposed to come in 4 minutes. As I was waiting for the car, I received a call from Subramani asking for my drop location. After I informed him the location, Subramani stopped taking any call from me and did not come. I was waiting for 30 minutes. There was no response from him. It was very shocking behaviour from a driver from such a reputed company like Uber.
Over and above I received a bill of Rs. 50 for cancelling the trip.
I request you to take a strict action against such driver and give me a reverse credit of Rs.50.
Such behaviour of your driver will have a serious impact on a loyal customer like me and will force me to look for some alternate solution if any action is not taken.
