I had checked my uber trip on 02nd october 2017, between my residence to netaji subhash international airport kolkata and had scheduled the trip on 03rd october 2017 between 10;30 am and 10:45 am. No message or confirmation was received to me instead at around 10:35 am, a person called from number[protected] and told that he is the driver designate, i told that i am in a hurry so please come about 1 km ahead near kavi subhash metro station and pick me up. He discussed over phone and later cancelled the trip. Over that cancelled trip which the driver cancelled, i was charged rs 47.25. Later on in the app i made payment and requested for refund, to which no refund is made to me till now, as seen in my account. This is miscommunication, no message confirmation given to me, no details of cab and car was provided, somebody suddenly calls up, rejects my request and ultimately uber takes money from me though without giving any proper services, this is wrong and should be taken up strongly.
