I am highly disappointed in your system. Firstly, I fail to understand as an account holder why I am unable to use my account on more than one device. The software on my mobile crashed and now I am unable to access anything on phone including Uber app which implies that if I were to (now) try and use it another phone it will lock me out.
Secondly, I created an uber account using my indian phone number (left my Canadian number alone for now) & the number is: +[protected] and even that has been blocked. I am flying to China in two days and I will need access to uber. Is this how you guys function? This is absolutely ridiculous. My dad's account has also been locked and on top the response we received is absolutely unacceptable (+[protected]
Please look into this ASAP.
