Hi. I booked an uber today, ie, 20-4-18. The driver accepted the trip. (His number is [protected] and his name is dnyaneshwar) after 10-15 minutes also, he did not not turn up. Also, when i tried contacting him, his mobile was switched off. After waiting for 25 minutes and no response from driver, i had to take an auto. After 10-15 minutes, the driver submitted that the trip has been completed. I again tried him several times. But he did not pick up. After an hour or so, i tried calling him from different number, he picked up and said "galti se ho gaya tha, maine uber office mein inform kar diya hai". There are no customer care numbers for the customers whrere we can call and resolve the complaints and get the money back. I have put queries 3-4 with uber, but no reply from them on any of them. Very bad quality of response. They will definitely loose customers because of this bad quality of service. Was this information helpful? |
