Uber India — Driver asked for cash payment and app also asking for making the payment

Dear Uber,
What sort of Fraud you are running in the name of parcel delivery.

Your drivers ask for cash payment and then you also ask for money through your app.

I have paid all the money to the drivers and yet I'm unable to book any more ride because app also demands that I make payment for the trips.
