Uber India — Driver behavior very bad

My name is pankaj kumar I am at kolkatta with my family for summer vacation on 27 I book uber three time to visit various places at kolkatta on 27 may 2017
I book uber on 28 May 2017 around 12 o clock (afternoon) to go laveny estate kolkatta from RTI guest house left side of vip road bridge (which go to Airpot)Driver says he not find out my location he says he is at infront of pc jwelers he says he is at the location but he was far away finally i reached where he was but he refused to go refused to go name jagarnath mobile no [protected]

Hello ... my name is monika yadav, Yesterday i booked a cab with uber.my total charges was 99.56.but driver was take 150 rs.my uber app was showing only 99.56 rs.this is not good.i though uber is good compare to other cabs but i thing i am wrong.you take extra money without any reason.I want my money back.

Uber is not safe at all me and my family ride on 9 may around 6pm and the driver send me msg on whatsaap next day and he is continously sending me msg on whatsaap its the big issue in india women are not safe and there is no facility provide in uber aap to complaint these types of issues
