Today morning booked a uber cab from my home Nivedita sarani, Haltu 700078 to PTS kolkata. Driver accep8and came for pick up. Suddenly noticed he drove away and later cancelled it . I am being charger for a outstanding of 47 rupees . My question is when I have not cancelled the ride and not even travelled how can I am being charger for this .
