Uber India — driver cancelled the trip on his own but you charged me.

Yesterday evening (14.09.18) i (Avijit sen, mob. No. [protected]) booked an uber cab (Driver sitaram carno. Wb07j5472 from my residence to adi dhakeswari bastralaya, 168 rash behari avenue, kol-). But driver cancelled the trip due to he can not locate the destination. However, you wrongly & unlawfully charged me for the same. Please reverse the charge immediately, since i do not cancelled the trip on my own & i do was need of the cab.

WB07J5472 From my residence to ADI DHAKESWARI BASTRALAYA, 168 RASH BEHARI AVENUE, kOL-). But driver cancelled the trip due to he can not locate the destination. However, you wrongly & unlawfully charged me for the same. Please reverse the charge immediately, since I do not cancelled the trip on my own & I do was need of the cab.
Why you have charged me? I do not cancelled the trip. Your driver cancelled the trip. Why should I pay? Immediately reverse the charge. Do not cheat your customer.
Immediately by today itself Confirm me the reverse of the charge. Otherwise I will complaint for your cheating.
