Uber India — Driver cancelling the ride after 10 mins and my 50 rs where cut

Last night I booked a uber cab but the drive told he is on his way .. Then after 10 mins instead of coming he cancel the ride and my 50rs were cut from my ptm account ... I was so troubled by the uber driver .. I want by money back and take a action against driver
