This is highly disappointing. It happens like this often. I spoke to the driver, he said he was in richmond circle, and would reach in 4 mins. After 5 mins i again called and the driver said he was on the way, but on the map it was showing that the driver was heading towards the opposite direction and was 10 mins away. After that, i get the message saying that the ride is cancelled and was charged rs. 52. How fair is it that i pay for his mistake??? Is this the kind of service you give? What a shame!!! Because of your uber, my mom who has got both her knees replaced just 3 months ago had to stand on the road waiting for the cab with no place to sit along with my grand father who is also physically weak...
This is not acceptable!!!
