Uber India — driver charged extra for the ride | |
My sister booked the uber cab. She got down near to office and i took it further. He dropped me to destination and asked me to pay for the trip around rs.1254 for the trip + extra charge for toll. I asked him to show the trip details as my sister has booked so i did not get receipt, he denied to show the trip details. I called my sister to cross verify regarding the reciept but in her uber app trip was not showing completed and she did not get reciept. For around 5 minutes she was not getting the details for the trip. I paid him and left and after sometime my sister got receipt for the trip which actually shows the price as rs.1044 including toll. I booked a cab ..it showed me 15 mins away ..the driver cancelled the cab without even informing about it .In avadi we are not getting cabs immediately ..This make us uncomfortable .please rectify this for us

This was redicolous journey with uber.
Driver took 230 rs instead of 203.
He collected extra 30 rs of toll even it was already added in fares.
When i called him he said u can call any one against this issue.
