Dear Uber,

I am Priyanka Sarmah, a frequent uber user. But today I am very disappointed with one of your driver's behaviour. I want a strict action against the driver is to be taken. My contact number is [protected]. You can check my ride history. I don't have the car's registration number but the have the driver's contact number - [protected]

His behaviour was totally unacceptable and he also cancelled my ride when I was about to sit in the car.

I expect a immediate reply to my mail.

I never booked a cab o[censored]ber for which I had to pay cancellation charges today. Is this the way u guys work. When I have started riding I received a notification that I would have to pay 63 rupees extra as I cancelled a booking earlier. Before that I never received a notification or text msg from uber. What the hell is this..
