Uber India — Driver demanded cash, overcharged me on the fare, trip still outstanding and still requires payment in Uber app

On 4th July at 4.32 pm my ride was completed and I got a message to pay Rs 69 on a non cash trip. Driver demanded cash payment so I complied. I gave him a 100 rupee note but he returned only 20, claiming that he was due Rs 80 - different from the message I got for the trip fare being Rs 69. He took away Rs 11 more from the fare and refused to return the change I was due. The trip status hasn't been cleared either and shows as outstanding to be charged on my next trip, so uber now wants me to pay again for the same ride! Uber hasn't responded to my Help request in their app, tweets or anything else.
