Today, i booked a shared cab and i am waiting for my cab. Then he called me and told me come to another side of the road and i did. When i reach the cab he step down and told me that luggage is not allowed in shared cab. I told him that one luggage is allowed but he denied and told me that dicky is jam and unable to open and forced me to cancel the cab. If this was the situation that must be mentioned in the app before ride so customer will be aware of that and take another. I am not gonna pay extra due.
So kindly take this seriously..
