Sir, i booked a uber cab no 8929 name of driver ratan at about o1 pm on 04/10/2018 from nixotica restaurants, azara to pragjyoty cinema maligaon, guwahati but after few minutes when i called ratan he informed me that he could not transport us to maligaon and booking was transfered to his colligueue. But the colligue also failed to report me. So i took another vehicle and reached the cinema hall where i lost few parts of the movie due to ratan's mistake. Unfortunately i received a message from uber that i have to pay an outstanding charge of rs. 42 which disgusted me for the ratan's mistake. There fore it is obvious that i should be compensated for my late arrival to the place of my appointment. Hope you will act necessarily. Thanks. | |||
