Uber India — Driver didn't even pick up

I had booked my trip to Mumbai intl airport 1 day prior. Next day, almost 40 mins before my pick up time, driver called me and said he has accepted another trip and won’t be able to pick me up at the stipulated time. He insisted that I cancel the trip. The cancellation charges were ₹312 at that time, because it was less than 1 hour till my pick up time. I refused to cancel. Driver then called me several times asking me to cancel. I asked him to contact customer care and resolve this issue since he wanted to cancel but I still wanted to take the ride to the airport. Then he called me and said he spoke with customer care. Then, my uber app showed that my trip had automatically started without taking any OTP from me and without even picking me. The driver was 40 mins away from my pick up point. 30 mins after starting the trip driver ended the trip and it was marked as trip completed! Without picking me or dropping me and the driver didn’t even move an inch from his place (based on the location showed by Uber app). I was charged for the full fare for a trip I didn’t even take. Uber India you guys are scamsters and cheaters and I want my money back.
