Hi,
It was a very bad experience with uber. I had booked a ride from sector 17, Chandigarh and driver accepted the request and in between the journey, he stated that my phone is switched off, I could not start the ride therefore please pay the amount in cash. As a result, the trip didn't get tracked and the app automatically allocated another new driver who refused to cancel the trip after being told that my trip is already completed. We had paid the previous driver through Amazon pay and didn't get any receipt. We couldn't argue with the driver as it was night time and risky for us to indulge into any conversations with him.
It was very unsafe and untracked ride by Uber and I request you to take action against the driver and refund my money.
Please find attached the snapshot of the driver allocated and amount paid to him at the end of the trip.
