Uber India — Driver lied and made me feel unsafe

I took a cab to my home because I was unwell and charges were 550 rs. The driver under the pretext of short cut took me to totally opposite direction inspite of me asking him repeatedly. Finally he told me he has small chore to run at his home and he ran. Then I realised he wanted to do his household work so he took to via his home and that took alot of my time. Then i obviously cancelled my trip as i noo longer trusted him because the route towards my home now became longer. Uber inspite of me complaining them on app, Twitter, Facebook are ignoring me and replying without even reading my grievances. They are not even reading my issue and i don't know how to talk to their customer care. In the help section of app their customer care replies but about something else i.e. they think I am talking about high fare. But my concern is why am I being charged 150 rs when he took me to complete his household chore that too totally opposite to my destination.
