This is with regard to inform you that today I had a very bad experience with your driver, I booked it from shopping mall and I had three small boxes of products which can be easily keep it in dicky, till I keep all my stuffs inside he didn’t say anyth when I am done he asked me for extra money Rudely when I asked him why I should give because all weekend I used to book Uber only and go with same quantity of stuffs but no one asked me extra money and he started speaking with me rudely saying that then get out from my cab or else he will throw everything out..and he stated shouting at me when I said I don’t cancel nor get out then he made all the people gather there AND HE CAME TO HIT ME WHEN I REFUSED TO CANCEL AND HE SAID COME OUT HE WILL SHOW ME WHO HE IS..ARE YOU HIRING GUNDAS ??
all people supported me but In front of everyone he started abusing me with bad words in front of all people and at last he only canceled the ride and asked me to take my stuff..
UBER IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS..YOU KNOW WHY NOW PEOPLE PREFER OLA MORE THAN UBER ITS BECAUSE YOU ARE APPOINTING UNEDUCATED INDECENT LOCALS AS DRIVERS ..
There are many incidents people came across and stopped using Uber ..in my life I won’t use Uber..
And please suspend this driver within one week or else I have taken video how he was behaving with me, I will post it in FB and no families or anyone will use your services..so please call me [protected]
