Dear uber,
As per my knowlegde company is well known for providing unique and better service from the competitior, but as a new resident in south delhi as i uses your cab daily but since few day i have to face a serious issues.
The thing is that as i book cab in evening around 5 pm and call driver they simply asked only one question as where i have to go and as i said gurgaon they start behaving very much differently and almost all time try to say to cancel the ride, i asked them if you have problem you can cancel it i will book some other but they forces to cancel it from my side as by doing late late and also start to rejecting the call.
I just want to ask you one thing when i pay for the service why there is so much difference in service from same company to two different places. No one ask for cancellation when i booked for any other location so what wrong with gurgaon and if something wrong tell your driver not to accept the ride when it is of gurgaon.
In my opinion this is unethical and unprofessional business practices.
Or you are not willing to listen customer just have your own way as only how to make money.
Kindly try to look at your operations and try to communicate with with your driver partners. Was this information helpful? |
