Uber India — driver wanted cash payment and asked to cancel the trip. no support from customer care

Driver don’t want to come for online payment. He wanted only cadh. I have canceled the trip infront of driver as he asked to rebook. I didn’t got the same cab afterwards. So cancelled 2 more times. Then paid him cash with fixed price as i need to catch the train. I cannot fight or argue with him at that stage. Its a big trouble to believe on uber services as they don’t train drivers.
Later when i asked for refund 150rs cancellation charges uber customer care not at all listening and just copy pasting the standard answer. Even though i sent clarifications for 3 times.
