Uber India — driver was late about half an hour so my train left

On12 feb i hired a cab from my location 538k/52 ektapuram triveni nagar at 9:53 by my number [protected] and i recieved msg that driver will be there in 13 minutes but after 10 minutes msg came to me that driver is changed and the new driver will be there in 10 minutes. But ths driver was late and my app was showing me that driver was at its place but i along with my family was standing there since last 45 minutes at same place, but when he came he fined me for late fees and also driver was not as in picture. Since we were late so my train left. And because of this we suffered a lot there was no other options to wait for other train for 3 hours.
