Uber India — driver was rude and abusive

Uber mumbai driver didn't come at the pick up point, had to cross the road n go to his car (Santacruz west sv road to ghatkopar station)

Drop up point was ghatkopar station but refused to drop near the destination, but forced him to drop there only.
Before getting down started abusive words in hindi.
During the ride the driver opened his door n was spitting, which is highly unprofessional n unhygienic. Felt disgusting.
