I was supposed to catch a train from kalupur railway statition ahemdabad around 8:30 pm and for the same i booked the uber cab around, first the driver's phone was switched off when i tried to contact and later when he came, he refused to carry the luggage which was in a normal amount that was 2 briefcase and a 2 handbags, and he talked rudely and said that he would cancel the ride and he would mention that the customer has heavy luggage to escape from his liablity, which was completely not true, and he cancelled the same, and when we booked another cab was not able to trace the proper gps location which was correctly mentioned, and he shouted on us and said that he won't come to pick us from the location and asked to cancel the ride, and due to which i almost miss my train. Such kind of behaviour is not expected from cab drivers and due to such behavaiour of the cab driver it is we the customer who in have to face lot of problems and and when we cancel the cab in emergency it is only we who have to face the losses and have to pay extra amount on the next ride as we cancelled the cab. I really hope uber take this into consideration. I want that if they can take any action for the same and if they required the information in relation to the cab driver i would provide the same. As the act has charged the inappropriate charge of rs 110 on me, which completely no acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
