My name is Saritha. am one of the UBER customer.
Today i had a problem with your one of the UBER Driver. I booked the cab on pool from karkhana mcdonalds to Banjarahills road no.10, banjarahills dated 8/02/2017.After crossing the paradise signal suddenly he started driving in a wrong direction and when i questioned him the reason he behaved very rude and maintained no minimum respect to customer.On top that, he said if am not ok whichever the path he take i should get down of the cab.
What the hell is that i didn't understand and totally shocked with his behavior.
He continued behaving in the same manner for around 15-20 minutes till he realized all people were observing him around on the main road.
I want you guys take the further action on this urgently
I am very much frustrated about this incident and with your driver's rude behavior, i am going to file complaint on the car if don't get to hear anything from you guys. I tried contacting your customer care numbers but was not able to connect. Give me a call for further actions.
