Uber India — drop in unknown place

My sister called uber taxi on oct. 11 @ 6:00 pm from nss nursing colleage, dasanpura hobli, bangalore north-62 to catch 8:00 pm kerala bus from madiwala, soumya complex but unfortunately after one and half hour ride driver drop her unknown place @ 7:30 pm and there was heavy rain that time.
He charge extra amount and he said he doesn't know the location.

She miss her bus and finally she called another ola cab to go back her school. This type of behavior is not acceptable and need necessary action.
