On 30th march around 7:30 i booked cab from chennai airport domestic arrival to siruseri.
I think app got closed or some issue, trip closed very early and showed cost of rs.100+.
I paid rs.450 at the destination, because app was showing close to that amount while boarding in the cab.
Since, i didn't get an updated receipt i requested for the bill of rs.450. But seems like when giving the bill they added that i have to pay rs.349+ in my next trip to tally rs.450 in the current bill.
In my next trip i was in an emergency and my wife was in severe pain and when we reached global hospital, perumbakkam the driver argued that i have to pay 349rs and even driver side customer care executive was also asked me to pay and refusing to understand my concern.
And, still i am writing to get back my 349+ rs after all these problems. Was this information helpful? |
