Uber India — duplicate payment due and bad customer service

I have been using uber for more than 4 years now and the customer service is very bad. I made the payment for a trip through upi and the money got deducted from my account as well. The transaction shows successful message. But in uber it is showing payment due. I cannot book further trips unless I pay the amount. This happened 2 times previously and I was forced to make the payment so that I can book the trip. I contacted the customer care through app and the response was repeated all the time to send screenshot even after sending correctly. I even used bad words and the customer care replied with same auto reply and doesn't care. I payed 160.57₹ on 20th Nov and this payment was successful. I cannot book further trips since it is showing payment is due
