Uber India — Every time asking outstanding dues

I am unable to book ride as outstanding amount Rs. 233 is shown against me. This is ridiculous. I duly paid this amount in Cash whilst alighting at destination. The drivers instrument was not showing the amount, hence, he took amount as per my mobile booking. How I am at fault? inspite of paying fare, I am denied booking on Uber. Hence, per force I used OLA.
