Uber India — Excess fare charged for the trip on 8th May 2017 from Bamunimaidan to Panbazar and also the driver stopped the trip before reaching the destination.

I was travelling with Mr Pankaj yesterday from Anuradha Cineplx Bamunimaidan to Panbazar and i had booked an Uber PASS for myself. The upfront fare that was shown was Rs 99. However, the driver stopped the trip at AMbari near Dighalipukhuri and my destination was still more than 1 km away and he said that he wont be able to go. When i saw the fare it was showing to be Rs 246...How can it be possible??/ You drop a customer midway wihtout his consent and still charge a fare which is way higher than the upfront fare that was reflected.

Please look into the issue and credit me back my Rs 246 because you dont have any right to drop me off at any location...I am alos atatching a picture of the bill
