Uber India — exorbitant uber bill - cheating case

Uber was hired by me on 28th october night @ 23.51 from indira gandhi int airport terminal - t3 - up to (Destination) - sispal vihar, sector -49, sohna road, gurgaon (Haryana) - distance 25 km - fare confirmed rs 247 (Two hundreds forty seven only).- annex - 2 (A) & 2 (B)
Dropping time at above destination - appox - 0.51 hrs (Cab entry at destination recorded in cctv in security record at society)
Person driving cab did not reveal his name but mentioned owner name to the awho society security
The shocking bill amount for this trip shown in my a/c rs 1618.47 (Out standing)- annex - 1
The details given in the bill - annex -3 (A) - 3 (B)
Total distance - 442.66 km
Starting time - 12 am (28 oct)
Closing time - 11.59 pm (29 oct)
The route shows the cab driver has crossed toll on jaipur route and intentionally did not closed the trip after dropping me at 0.51hrs
In addition to support of my point, please note that on 29th oct myself was traveling from delhi - dehradun - flt boarded @ 5.50 am - refer annex - 4 (A)
The details of the cab booked by me for delhi air port terminal 1d on 29th oct @ 3.47 am - refer annex - 4 (B)
It seems that it is a clear case of cheating by driver to the customer and company too... And is highly offensive act
I hope that sufficient proof / docs have been placed to you for detailed investigations at your end and satisfaction, basis that the bill must be cancelled immediately and confirm asap
Mail sent @ help. Uber.com several times but they are not responding.. They do not entertain calls for such complaints. They have set faq to fill.. Not bothered to even acknowledge the mails.. I am completely lost where to lodge the complaint
