Uber India — extra charges paid to uber and unable to book cab

On 24 aug i booked ride from sector 35 to phase 1 chandigarh and after booked the ride i was waiting for cab and then i called to driver he said that i'll come in two minutes but he didn't come, so i cancelled the ride. Uber team was saying that client can cancel the ride before five minutes, if after five minutes cancel the trip then have to pay cancellation fee. My concern is when i cancelled the trip before five minutes then why i had to pay rs. 42/- and i paid it. I wanna that reverse my amount and don't interrupt while i'm booking the ride. Since, today morning i'm unable to book the ride and asking for pay rs.42/-. Please share the exclation matrix as soon as possible, its fully customer hrashment.
