I paid extra amount because uber app generated an errored receipt for me . For drivers app the fare was shown as 152. However for me it was shown 213. I Paid the 213 trusting uber app. Later I noticed a difference of around Rs 60 between the ride history amount and electronic receipt popped in my phone . I raised this as a complaint to support team. As per their response the customer has to bear the loss for their technically errored receipt fare. And they are not updating on refunding the cash although they agreed there was a technical error in their app. Was this information helpful? |
