Date of the incident is 09/09/17 and the customer care is not providing any support to refund the money which is deducted from my card. The driver said he'd report to Uber so that the amount would not be deducted from my card. Driver's name is Madhavan and his phone number is [protected].
The trip was booked with payment method as debit card but the driver insisted for cash payment. My husband took the trip to airport and paid Rs.1074 to him as he said he would report this to Uber and they would not deduct from the card. But the amount also got deducted from card and Uber would not provide any support to refund the amount. I spoke with the driver several times on his mobile number [protected] and he said he would tell Customer care about the refund. But both the driver and Uber are just cheating me. Please help to resolve this issue and refund the overly charged amount.
