Uber India — fare already but shows outstanding

I have already paid the payment done the payment for the trip which was for 18 august 2017. But now when i book an ride it shows to be outstanding payment. please look into the same and resolve the issue accordingly. Do let me know if any other details required, so that i can help you with the same accordingly.
