I booked the taxi on 9th aug 2018 at 9.18am

Pick-up date: wednesday, august 9, 2017
Pick-up time: 10:25 am - 10:40 am
Srinidhi apartments to ttd kalyana mandapam
And they gave the estimation of rs.112/- only
But after travelling the driver shown of rs. ₹247.96

On argument driver mentioned that now the price is high
He also mentioned that it is mentioned over sms
But when i saw the sms, it is received at 10.28am after starting the vehicle
Got the sms saying
Fares are higher due to increased demand. You can cancel in the next 5 min without a fee. Please be ready within 5 minutes of arrival
It is 100% cheating customer business.. Without informing customer, they are charging double the fare.
Also the quality of the vehicle was very worst; no ac working.
I request and demand for refund and take necessary against uber company for such misguidance and cheating the customer.
When govt and company fixed and advertised as rs.10 per km;
How come suddenly they charge more than double without information
Uber website is not having any contact number or email id or no responsible person to take the complaints...
We need justice
