Recent I have been charged for cancellations Rs 50, but I have not cancel the trip infact uber guy didn't called me also and than I went for 2nd ride I thought is not going to come and that time they charged me 50rs extra. Was it my fault that your uber guy didn't called me back?
And
Today 1more time your uber guy told me to cancel the trip as he was not able to come my location and again you guys are going to change me 50rs extra.
Being a customer I have to face so much problem Because of your uber guys. And worst part is you guys don't even have customer care number so that customer can be in pain, uber will not help.
